FINALLY!! The Time Has Come!

After to push backs and months of me doing jack shit, I had my first day of training @ aLoft. We met yesterday at the hotel to meet everyone and do a butt load of paper work. We learned all about the franchise owner, too. They seem like a really great company to be apart of and they REALLY support promotion within the company. I plan on kicking ass as taking names (that's the correct phrase, yes?) working because the Talent of the Year award KICKS MAJOR ASS...MAJOR ASS!!! We wont have our first our first awards 'til next year, but trust me, I'm REALLY good at waiting.

The rest of the Aloha Talent Desk seems to be a good mix of people. We're a pretty good looking group if I do say so myself. That must be why they are putting is in dumpy polo shirts to de-glam us LOL The uniforms are not that bad. The khaki pants are reasonable enough and the shirts are cute in color. The belt is what I'm worried about. It looks like an airplane seat belt. Oh, but a BIG perk is that we can wear casual/dressy type sneakers. I'm ALL about that!

aLoft is not scheduled to open their doors until OCTOBER 8TH. That means we have A LOT of time to train train train! 6 day work weeks will be a nice shock to the system for me.

I guess my vacation is finally over and my life in reality has begun.

YEAH!!!! (I'm supposed to be stoked, right? LOL)
